Collect Information: Social media is all about generating leads so you can continue to market to your audience not only on social media sites like Facebook and Pinterest, but also through email, text marketing or through a loyalty program. Make sure you're collecting info like email addresses from your Facebook page. If you use an email service provider like Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or Aweber, they have a Facebook app already created that you just need to add to your page. If you don't use these services, check out the Sign Up app by OfferPop. You can create a custom opt-in form for your Facebook and/or your website. If you have a website, I strongly recommend having an opt-in box and give customers an incentive to opt in to see higher conversions.
